Designed and documented in conjunction with MF Architects, the Lawson Street project is a good example of what can be achieved in a side-by-side subdivision. Combining a great team of consultants, the owner was able to achieve a record sale price for this area of Hampton.
Featuring two separate living spaces, in addition to a study and informal sitting space, both three bedroom dwellings were able to conform with the planning requirements of Bayside City Council despite a modest allotment size and easement issues. External materials feature tones of grey interspersed with natural textures. The internal spaces are awash with light and painted in typically light colours, broken with occasional playful touches of colour and natural timber features. |
